Welder (Monday-Thursday 10-hour days)

Weld and fabricate parts using established procedures while reading blueprints and interpreting specs. Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards and operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running strong. Work alongside a team that pushes each other to be better every day. This role requires 2–3 years of welding experience, the ability to read prints and use measuring tools, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to work hard and stay safe. You will be on your feet, lifting, grinding, and moving materials. Located in Moline, Illinois, this position is part of a family-owned company with over 100 years of history in a stable, growing manufacturing environment.
