Job Summary
Maintenance Welder at Benson Quarry responsible for safely and efficiently repairing and maintaining plant industrial equipment and machinery, including conveyor systems, shakers, gearboxes, fixed and mobile equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing equipment (often in out-of-position welding), maximizing performance through preventative maintenance, fabrication and erection of processing equipment, inspections of the work area, operation of related equipment (loaders and haul trucks) as needed, and aiding in training co-workers. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience and one year of welding/maintenance experience. Hours typically 6AM–5PM with weekends as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience to perform the responsibilities associated with this position
- Have one (1) year of experience in welding and maintenance
