Welder

Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum castings, repairing surface defects and grinding welds to meet quality standards. Build custom equipment frames and maintain welding tools while operating machines, grinders, and saws safely. Rig castings using hoists and slings, and prepare surfaces by drilling and removing contaminants. Wear full PPE including steel toe boots and adhere to safety procedures for high-heat metalworking environments. Handle aluminum dust and fumes in compliance with health standards.
