Operate and maintain machines and tools in the manufacturing environment while positioning, producing, and fastening parts according to the manufacturing schedule. Maintain a clean and safe workstation by wearing all required personal protective safety equipment. Work across different stations as needs require, promptly producing quality work that satisfies customer requirements. Participate in continuous improvement programs by offering suggestions and exhibiting initiative within direct control. Follow all organizational, department, and area safety policies and procedures. Apply basic understanding of welding techniques while utilizing time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
