Welder

Operate and set up welding and fabrication equipment, including MIG, plasma, torches, grinders, drills, iron workers, and transit tools. Assemble and fabricate new formwork components while performing maintenance and repairs on existing formwork. Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to guide work in a fast-paced environment. Ensure equipment is maintained safely, following proper LOTO procedures and complying with OHSA and company safety standards. Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently while meeting strict deadlines. Requires valid CWB certification, minimum four years of relevant welding experience, and proficiency in MIG and Stick welding.
