Job Summary
Cut, shape, and assemble metalwork and piping with precision while operating appropriate equipment to build mechanical structures. Prepare and execute welding joints per procedure systems, using hand grinders to restore original shapes and contours. Operate heating torches including oxy-acetylene and gas torches, review quality documents, and ensure strict adherence to safety and ISO certification requirements. Proficient in understanding mechanical drawings and capable of grinding welds back to specification. Travel 100% required; able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed for field assignments.

- English proficiency required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of power generation (gas/steam turbines) and associated auxiliary equipment is preferable
- Experienced level. Has successfully performed all requirements of the job multiple times
- Possess strong skills and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization
- Have the ability to effectively operate jacking fixtures/porta power, cranes, forklifts oxygen and acetylene torches/propane
- Strong experience in welding and grinding of Turbine components and in Tig, MMA etc
- Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and complete multiple projects within time constraints
- Strong organizational skills
