Welder

Inspect and measure finished weldments against provided specifications and drawings to ensure proper completion. Review Bill of Materials to gather pre-cut steel tubes, components, brackets, and hardware, then setup components for welding using jigs and fixture methods. Fabricate and assemble custom steel weldments for furniture while maintaining tools, performing inventory controls, and ensuring a safe working environment. Act as a role model for the production team and participate in culture crew events. Requires high school diploma, one year of welding experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs. in temperatures ranging from 65 to 95 degrees F.
