Job Summary
Full-time Welder Fabricator in a shop setting. Responsibilities include measuring, layout, cutting materials, preparing components for welding, welding in flat/vertical/overhead positions, determining proper welding methods and equipment, and operating overhead cranes and forklifts. Must read and follow instructions, work independently and as part of a team. Requires 2+ years welding/fabrication experience, plus a basic understanding of metallurgy. High School Diploma or GED is preferred; must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM with overtime frequently available. Benefits include health/dental/vision after 60 days, PTO after 90 days, life insurance, disability coverage after 6 months, and 401(k) with profit sharing after 1 year.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and basic metallurgy
- Ability to plan work and select appropriate tools and equipment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
