Job Summary
Welder/Fabricator role responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding structural steel components according to blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. Candidate will cut, shape, and assemble steel components, operate welding equipment (MIG/Flux Core; TIG/Stick a plus), and ensure quality and safety in a shop environment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, following project standards, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace. Required Qualifications
- Experience in structural steel fabrication or a related field.
- Proficiency in MIG and/or Flux Core welding; TIG, and Stick welding is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
- Familiarity with steel fabrication tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
