Job Summary
Production welder responsible for MIG welding on a variety of structural steel components, including rigid frame columns, rafters, pipe, and small parts. Requires ability to read blueprints and tape measure, adjust welding parameters, train others in welding procedures, operate overhead crane, and maintain bead quality. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year welding experience in a production environment or valid welding certification
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Willingness to train and operate forklift and overhead crane
- Ability to obtain and maintain CWB and AWS welding certification
