Job Summary
Welder responsible for assembling, maintaining, and installing structural units and piping systems, reading drawings and welding symbols, setting up and operating GMAW/GTAW/SMAW equipment, selecting rods/wires/electrodes, fitting parts per drawings, ensuring proper penetration and fusion, reporting defects, assisting with fitting and positioning parts, fabricating piping components from 1/2" to 2" in carbon steel or stainless steel, bending stainless tubing, and fabricating support structures; requires 6G certification, 4+ years welding experience, OSHA 10, ability to work nights/weekends, and a valid driving record.
Required Qualifications
- 6G Welding Certification
- Minimum of four (4) years welding experience
- Knowledge of good piping practices
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
