Job Summary
As a Welder at Bloom Energy, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting work instructions, welding in various positions, and ensuring quality control of parts prior to welding. You will operate welding equipment, complete required paperwork, and maintain machine shop equipment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures. Candidates must have a high school diploma and previous welding experience is preferred. Physical requirements include standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret Work Instruction
- Experience in operating welding equipment
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Manual dexterity to assemble products as directed
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Experience in following required work instructions
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year experience in TIG Welding
- 2-3 years working experience in hands-on manufacturing practices
- Valid certificate in Welding from an accredited institution
