Job Summary
Welder on 2nd shift expected to set up welding equipment, fabricate welding jigs when needed, weld parts manually or robotically to specifications, perform first-piece inspections and document results, adjust machines/programs based on inspection outcomes, unload/package parts per customer requirements, maintain accurate daily records in ERP, follow quality manuals and shop documentation, maintain a clean/safe work area, and comply with 5S and PPE policies. Strong hand/power tools skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and basic problem-solving are required. The role includes responsibilities for preventive maintenance, quality checks, and adherence to safety protocols. Required Qualifications
- Mechanical skills background required
- One to two years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but not required.
