Job Summary
Perform MIG welding of mild steel (ranging from 20 gauge to 1-inch thickness) and participate in high-quality fabrication of components following detailed work instructions. Read blueprints and welding symbols, set up and operate finishing tools (grinders/abrasives), and ensure accurate welds. The role supports certification efforts (e.g., D1.1 and D1.3) and requires safe operation of lifting devices and adherence to safety protocols. Available 2nd shift (Mon-Wed 4:30pm–5:00am with a 36-hour schedule and 40-hour pay) and Weekend shift (Fri-Sun 6:00am–6:30pm) with shift differentials. Required Qualifications
