Job Summary
Welder will perform MIG welding to RLWS quality standards, operate overhead crane and forklift to move materials, read blueprints to perform proper welds, grind parts and prepare surfaces, layout and fit components, and work in a team or independent setting. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, welding experience or degree, and ability to read blueprints; role involves varied welding positions, use of power/tools, occasional lifting, and adherence to safety practices. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Welding degree or 2+ years of manufacturing welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and read/speak English
- Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
