Job Summary
Picking and placing components into fixturing and joining them using GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding) or repairing defective welds. Set up welding equipment including changing gas supplies. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety rules and policies. Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisors or Quality Auditors promptly. Rotate between different production teams as needed to meet production schedules. Requires prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds occasionally, and familiarity with welding symbols. Based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation to Seguin, TX in September 2026, with travel assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday
- Will be required to lift between 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Will be required to lift up to 90lbs occasionally
- Familiar with welding symbols
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
