Welder - 2nd Shift

Welding duties include setting up welding equipment per procedures, fabricating jigs as needed, creating and following first-piece inspection checklists, performing adjustments to machines/programs based on inspection results, welding parts (manual and robotic) to specifications, unloading/packing per standards, and maintaining accurate daily records in ERP. Responsibilities also include following Shop Traveler/blueprints, communicating with quality control about issues, ensuring product quality per the Quality Manual, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining a clean 5S-enabled work area, adhering to PPE and safety policies, maintaining required documentation, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires general hand and power tool skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving ability, and multitasking across multiple projects.
