Job Summary
Execute Mig, aluminum, TIG, and robotic welding tasks under area supervisor direction to fabricate parts for product assembly. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate execution while complying with site safety rules and established procedures. Operate all necessary equipment safely and flex across different products and areas to support business needs. Provide training to new employees on work instructions and standard work. Assist with robotic welder operations as assigned. Requires high school diploma or certification, internal weld test, and basic knowledge of Mig welding equipment. Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or Certification
- Internal written and physical weld test
- An understanding of welding fundamentals
- Basic welding experience and/or training
- Basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment
- Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds
