Job Summary
Weld parts manually or robotically to specifications and within production requirements; perform first-piece inspections and obtain QC approval; adjust machines/programs based on inspection results; maintain accurate daily records in Shop Travelers and ERP; follow Shop Traveler, inspection sheets, and blueprints; notify quality control and supervisor of issues; maintain clean, safe work area per 5S and PPE policies; perform preventive maintenance on equipment; may work with setup procedures and weld jigs; support documentation and quality control processes; operate in a manufacturing environment with opportunities for career advancement and education assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical skills background
- One to two years welding experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred, but not required)
