Job Summary
Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes. Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools. Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts. Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production. Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities. Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards. Work Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm with some OT required. Receive hands-on training and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work
- Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn

- Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes
- Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools
- Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed
- Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
- Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices
- Must be available for Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm with some OT required
