Job Summary
Welder on 2nd shift in Abilene, KS. Primary duties include loading fixtures and welding parts, safely using tools, reading blueprints and AWS weld symbols, ensuring quality welds to meet production schedules, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires MIG welding experience, the ability to pass a weld test, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles and OSHA safety rules. OT may be required on Fridays; company culture emphasizes growth and collaboration.
