Welder needed for 1st shift production in Jackson, TN. Responsible for MIG and other welding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, reading blueprints, following welding procedures and ASME standards, performing quality inspections, and assisting in training junior staff. The role supports LEAN manufacturing practices and requires reliable transportation and ability to attend daily shifts. Includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- ASME Certification (required by many welding positions)
- MIG welding experience within the last 2 years
- reliable transportation to/from work
- ability to report to scheduled shift
- resume submission or in-person application
- read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
- MIG weld parts following blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions
