Job Summary
Perform Mig, Aluminum, TIG, and robotic welding under the direction of the area supervisor to fabricate parts for product line assembly. Comply with safety rules, operate necessary equipment, and interpret engineering drawings to execute tasks accurately. Provide training to new employees on work instructions and standard procedures while flexing across products to support business needs. Assist with robotic welder operations and complete internal written and physical weld tests. Requires high school diploma, basic welding experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or Certification
- Internal written and physical weld test
- An understanding of welding fundamentals
- Basic welding experience and/or training
- Basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment
- Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to assist with robotic welder
