Job Summary
Welder needed for 1st shift in Lake City, MN to fabricate daily production and custom orders using MIG and/or TIG welding, set up and operate welding equipment, and ensure quality standards. 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu, 5:00 am–3:30 pm with OT as needed), no evenings or weekends. Benefits, sign-on bonus ($1,000), opportunity for growth, safety-focused shop. Requires at least 1 year of MIG welding experience, ability to read basic blueprints, knowledge of metalworking equipment, strong attention to quality and safety, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; occasional overtime and pre-employment drug screen/background check required.
