Job Summary
Weld multiple material types in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or robotic welders per work instructions. Remove and install weld wire rolls, adjust equipment, and interpret blueprints and symbols to produce welds to specification. Prepare parts, repair defective welds, and clean welded components according to print specifications. Follow written welding procedures and in-process verification steps while assisting team members to meet daily production goals. Work a 4 x 10 schedule Monday through Thursday from 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM with some Fridays at a starting pay of $22.00.
Required Qualifications
- Professional welding experience
- Ability to communicate effectively by applying common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Pass appropriate internal welding certification
- Working knowledge of Blue Print reading and weld symbols
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- 1st shift availability
- Fayetteville, TN location
