Job Summary
Prioritize work loading and scheduling while ensuring completed welds meet established quality standards and safety policies. Execute verbal and written instructions, guide new employees, and verify that operations align with engineering drawings and production priorities. Assume supervisor authority when absent, manage parts issuance, and coordinate with Engineering to resolve drawing issues. Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance checks, ensure 6S activities are performed, and verify calibrated devices are up to date. Obtain and maintain forklift certification and first aid/CPR training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three to six years of related experience and/or training
- Obtain and maintain fork lift certification
- Trained in first aid and CPR
- Employment with Key Technology is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug screen
- Employment with Key Technology is contingent upon successfully completing a criminal history check
- Employment with Key Technology is contingent upon successfully completing a social security check
- Employment with Key Technology is contingent upon successfully completing a reference check
