Job Summary
Prioritize work loading and scheduling while ensuring all tasks meet established quality standards and safety policies. Execute verbal and written instructions from supervisors, guiding new employees through training and verifying that operations align with engineering drawings and work instructions. Assume area supervisor authority when absent, requesting necessary parts from stockroom and maintaining fork lift certification. Verify that operator preventative maintenance is completed accurately, ensure 6S activities are performed, and confirm calibrated measurement devices are up to date. Interface with Engineering to resolve drawing issues and communicate safety concerns to the area manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three to six years of related experience and/or training
- Obtain and maintain fork lift certification
- Trained in first aid and CPR
- Employment with Key Technology is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug screen
- Employment with Key Technology is contingent upon successfully completing a criminal history check
- Employment with Key Technology is contingent upon successfully completing a social security check
- Employment with Key Technology is contingent upon successfully completing a reference check
