Job Summary
Maintain confidentiality of associate performance data and ensure new hires receive adequate training before independent task completion. Investigate and resolve inventory issues, oversee daily equipment maintenance including threader replacements, and complete all operational documentation. Work directly with quality associates to prevent substandard shipments, learn all assigned jobs, and operate lines when necessary. Ensure daily production needs are met by communicating customer requirements and maintaining clear communication regarding mutual expectations. Provide continuous support for all associates, correct customer-service problems, and enforce proper labeling procedures while driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity, and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have basic written communication skills
- Must have good problem solving, verbal and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior knowledge of production processes preferred
