Operate and maintain robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds for manufacturing equipment, including set-up, parameter selection, fixture positioning, and visual inspection. Collaborate with manufacturing teammates to optimize production, troubleshoot robotics, and perform manual welding as needed while reading engineering drawings and utilizing computerized parameter control.
Required Qualifications
- Previous manual welding and welding robot operation experience is required.
- Capable of repairing and reworking welds for a high-quality finish.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Navigate and select appropriate welding parameters through the use of a computerized system.
