Job Summary
Start machines, monitor their operation to ensure proper processing, and record operational data for material tracking. Operate, tend, or assist with coil and die changes on equipment that saws, cuts, shears, slits, punches, crimps, notches, bends, or straightens metal. Load work pieces, examine and inspect completed parts for defects, and verify dimensions using measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Read production schedules to determine specifications and comply with safety regulations while maintaining clean work areas. Authority to stop production if unsafe conditions appear. Full-time 1st shift role with overtime availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment screening (background check and drug screen)
- Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays)
- Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Report to work on time to support production startup
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift/push/pull objects that are up to 50 pounds
- Work as a team
- good communication skills

- physical dexterity
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory is beneficial but not necessary
- Experience operating large industrial equipment is preferred
