Hands-on Welding/Fabrication Supervisor leading 2nd shift in Berea, responsible for executing welding/forming operations, achieving schedule, quality, safety, and labor targets; owns shift-level leadership, coordinates between welding, press brake, and upstream fabrication; drives continuous improvement, coaching welders, interpreting prints/WPS, resolving defects, and ensuring ASME/AWS compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in fabrication or welding manufacturing
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (GMAW, GTAW)
- Blueprint reading and welding symbols proficiency
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
