Job Summary
Greet every guest by name, share the hotel story, and create genuine connections while escorting guests to their rooms. Assist with all requests, prepare welcome amenities for VIPs and loyalty members, and host events in the Te Kaahu Lounge. Deliver seamless, high-quality service with immaculate grooming and a professional, positive attitude, ensuring cultural values and brand standards are upheld. Maintain confidentiality and integrity while interacting confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds, regardless of language. Work a rotating roster of AM and PM shifts.
