Job Summary
Lead the publisher onboarding lifecycle from Sales endorsement to Live status as MonetizeMore's Onboarding Manager, delivering a White Glove experience that accelerates time-to-value and long-term publisher retention. Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to configure setups (Header Bidding, GAM, wrappers), activate relevant M2 features at launch, and drive immediate revenue impact. Conduct kickoff calls to align goals, provide comprehensive walkthroughs of M2 tools, and be the primary support contact during installation. Perform 7-day and 30-day post-live performance reviews, ensuring a smooth handoff to Ad Optimizer and Customer Success Manager. Represent MonetizeMore externally to partners, manage a dynamic implementation lifecycle, and drive data-driven demonstrations of value. Must haves include 1+ year in programmatic sell-side advertising, customer onboarding, or ad operations; strong knowledge of GAM, AdSense, Header Bidding, Google Analytics; WordPress familiarity; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; excellent verbal/written communication; and proven project management ability. Nice-to-haves include experience with AdSense, Google Analytics, GAM, knowledge of Google policies, WordPress ads implementation, and bilingual ability (Portuguese/Spanish). The role emphasizes remote-first work with flexible hours and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics. Experience with WordPress and debugging ad calls is a strong plus.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation tools. You can spot trends in numbers quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can command a room (virtually) and manage expectations clearly.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball.
