Job Summary
Commissioned Sales Representative for the LATAM region focused on driving new business in MonetizeMore’s ad-tech platform. Responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, client engagement, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, representing the company at industry events, collaborating with account management and technical teams for onboarding, and providing market insights through reporting and analytics. Required skills include 2+ years of B2B sales experience, knowledge of header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and regional LATAM market understanding with fluency in English and ideally additional LATAM language(s). Education preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Compensation structure is commission-based with a potential transition to fixed salary plus commission upon targets being met, plus opportunities for career growth.
