Job Summary
Collaborate in the application of collective agreements, primarily within the technical training plan, and participate in updating departmental structures. Provide support to departments in automation and process simplification initiatives while assisting in the preparation of trials, SERCLAs, and other labor relations procedures. Draft and implement organizational changes to bring operational rigor to HR process management. This 6-month internship in Huelva offers financial compensation and guidance from Moeve professionals to develop expertise in organizational management and training plans.
Required Qualifications
- Students in their final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields
- At least 120 completed credits
- Active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement)
- Curricular or extracurricular internship option
- Driven to learn, grow, and bring operational rigor to HR process management
- Analytical skills for data management, process automation, and simplification
- Strong communication skills to interact with various departments and stakeholders
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interest and curiosity in labor matters, collective bargaining agreements, and organizational transformation
