Job Summary
Lead and motivate the retail team while supporting stylists in elevating the retail experience. Drive product sales through education, coaching, and genuine guest connections. Partner with salon leadership to align retail goals with the overall guest journey. Own daily retail operations including merchandising, inventory, team scheduling, and standards. Keep the retail space organized, on-brand, and guest-ready at all times. Track performance, celebrate wins, and look for opportunities to grow.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of salon management or retail management experience in beauty or specialty retail
- A confident leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- Strong sales instincts with a consultative, service-first mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced salon setting
- A genuine passion for haircare, skincare, and helping guests look and feel their best
