Job Summary
Oversee the arrival and departure experience for all guests, ensuring interactions are warm, personalized, and memorable. Lead, coach, and develop the Concierge and Porter team while managing operations including luggage services, transportation coordination, and driveway management. Recognize and engage VIP, loyalty, and returning guests to enhance their stay, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues with professionalism. Maintain departmental procedures and service standards through collaboration with Front Office and other departments. Support the Executive Lounge to uphold exceptional service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations or a similar guest facing hospitality role
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a hotel environment is highly regarded
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong knowledge of concierge services, local attractions and luxury hospitality standards
