Welcome Services Concierge-Lead

Leads day-to-day activities of the hospital Concierge team, trains new employees, coordinates workflow, greets customers at the medical center entrances, and ensures a smooth first impression. Responsible for directing and supporting concierges, managing customer needs and transportation arrangements (taxi vouchers, bus passes, van transport, parking logistics), and maintaining order at entry points. Responsibilities include enforcing policies with input from management, assisting with performance reviews, communicating safety and security issues, and partnering with the valet and admitting teams to coordinate services. Requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a busy hospital environment. Prior experience in service management as a concierge or greeter in a large public facility is preferred; Epic experience is a plus.
