Job Summary
Oversee front office functions including bell staff, switchboard, guest services/front desk and gift shop; act as department head, directing managers and staff to execute front office operations and guest arrival/departure procedures; drive guest and employee satisfaction and maximize departmental financial performance; lead and develop the Guest Services Team, supervise day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to policies, monitor performance, and strive to improve service quality and overall guest experience; responsible for recruiting and hiring managers and hourly staff, and maintaining effective communication and collaboration across team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
