Job Summary
Greet arriving guests, vendors, and visitors at the resort gate with a warm, professional, and courteous manner. Collect and verify reservation and identification details to confirm registered status before granting property access. Provide clear navigation guidance, control gate access for authorized personnel only, and coordinate with dispatch, security, and Guest Experience teams to relay arrival information and flag concerns. Address inquiries promptly regarding amenities, parking, and check-in procedures while maintaining accurate logs of vehicle and visitor traffic. Remain alert for unusual activity and ensure the gate area stays clean and organized. Full availability required for weekends, early mornings, evenings, holidays, and variable hours; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Full availability and ability to work weekends
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional when addressing access issues or unexpected situations
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
- Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, security, gate attendant, or a related hospitality role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
