Welcome Enthusiast is the welcoming face and primary point of contact for guests, combining Front Desk Agent responsibilities with Concierge-style service and cross-functional Front Office support. The role includes greeting and registering guests, processing payments, handling check-ins/outs, managing room assignments and guest profiles, answering inquiries, maintaining front desk and lobby areas, and escalating issues to management. It also encompasses luggage handling, valet/drive duties, timely delivery of guest amenities, and providing local guidance on events, dining, and activities. Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Fidelio, and Microsoft Office, along with fluency in English (additional languages a plus), are valued. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to stand, walk, lift 25-40 pounds, and perform routine front-office tasks within a mountain resort environment, particularly in Park City/Deer Valley. Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
