Welcome Desk (Front Desk) Attendant

Job Summary
Greet and check in members with sincere hospitality, handle cash and credit card transactions, and answer all phones while directing calls to appropriate staff. Maintain a clean and safe front desk area, assist members in signing up for programs, and take reservations for tennis, squash, and racquet courts. Resolve guest complaints promptly and direct questions to the correct individuals. This role requires weekend availability for morning, mid, or closing shifts, including mandatory Saturday or Sunday work, alongside weekday afternoon and evening coverage. You must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED, possess basic computer skills, and obtain CPR certification within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older

- some weekday availability for 12pm-5pm and 4pm to 10pm closing shift
- Must be available on the Weekends for morning and afternoon shifts
- Mandatory shift on Saturday, Sunday or Both
- Weekdays night shifts
- Flexible to pick up afternoon shift and evening shift during the weekdays
- 15 hours to 20 hours a week
- 3 days to 4 days a week
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems
- Outstanding customer/guest service/ skills with a friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful demeanor
- Understanding of court reservation systems
- Must obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire through company training
