Welcome Coordinator

Conduct visit check-ins, assist patients with forms, and collect co-pays while updating electronic medical records. Manage inbound and outbound phone lines, answer calls, take messages, and conduct outbound calls as instructed. Schedule and reschedule appointments within electronic medical records platforms. Handle fax and mail distribution through the electronic fax platform. Maintain the cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areas. Perform various administrative tasks that support broader team operations and deliver high-touch assistance to patients and guests daily. Float to other centers in the region on an infrequent basis. Work full-time hours with a base pay range of $17.00 to $28.46 hourly.
