Welcome Coordinator

Welcome Coordinator at Oak Street Health focuses on delivering an exceptional patient welcome experience and maintaining efficient center operations. Responsibilities include greeting patients and guests, check-in and form completion, updating patient information in the electronic medical record, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing phone lines and outbound calls, handling faxes, and keeping the Welcome and Community Room orderly. The role may involve occasional travel to other centers in the region. Candidates should have strong computer skills (Google Suite) and professional phone etiquette; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Polish, Russian) is preferred.
