Job Summary
Greet guests at the sales check-in desk, verify identification and payment details, and coordinate with sales representatives to ensure a seamless guest experience. Input tour bookings, manage guest data entries, and maintain accurate daily records including tour logs, sales lists, and financial reconciliation. Review daily and weekly data to generate reports on tour manifests, results, gifts, and deposits for distribution to management. Communicate performance updates and adhere to all company policies while participating in required security and system training. Work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed, with the ability to travel locally between assigned work locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- Willingness to travel locally between assigned work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general applications)
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Comfort with basic calculations related to reporting and financial reconciliation
