Greet arriving and departing guests to create memorable experiences, handling operational needs, guest requests, and local area highlights. Process transactions while moving about the space, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently or more than 75 pounds with assistance. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while ensuring professional appearance and communications. Complete required reports and uphold quality standards throughout the shift.
