Job Summary
Welcome Agent (Guest Service Agent) at W Sydney responsible for processing guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms and activating keys; processing check-outs, resolving charges, and handling various payment types; coordinating with Housekeeping to track room readiness; answering guest questions and providing directions and local area information; managing parking procedures and dispatching bell/valet staff as needed; running daily reports, balancing cash, and completing cashier/closing tasks in the PMS; following Standard Operating Procedures and Marriott policies, and performing other duties as requested to ensure a warm, luxury guest experience.
