Job Summary
Engage with functional teams to support WeLab Bank's business priorities and plans by driving a consistent project management approach aligned with best practices and industry standards. Identify and prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and business impact while defining governance standards for initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Direct project team activities, allocate resources, and manage the full project lifecycle against methodology, standards, timeframes, and budget. Establish strong stakeholder relationships to align expectations and provide regular updates on status, risks, and performance. Work closely with Senior Management to foster open communication and knowledge sharing within a high-performance team environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or above
- qualification of PMP
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in project management of FinTech, banking or insurance
- Experience in waterfall and agile project management and delivery
- Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent judgment with proven ability to identify problems and deal with complex issues
- Demonstrated leadership and business management ability to establish and manage a high-performance team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and deliver high quality work
- Self-motivated and a collaborative team player with great sense of ownership
- Fluent in verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
