Job Summary
Intern, Account Operations at WeLab Bank. Conduct and assist with KYC on individual customers for onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events; support operations activities including account onboarding, maintenance, and services; handle customer communications via outbound voice calls, text chats, and emails. Contribute to process reviews, workflow enhancements, and process automation under bank policies. Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Year 2/3/4 students or fresh graduates welcomed. Duration: 2 months, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00, at least 3 days per week.
