Conduct daily rounds for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and lipidapheresis patients while managing long-term therapy plans. Provide care for nephrology, transplant, and hypertension patients in the outpatient clinic, including cross-departmental collaboration with gastroenterology.
